Processing of Personal Information (POPIA)
In terms of POPIA, we process personal information for the purposes of delivering advisory services, managing human resources, and complying with statutory obligations.
- Data Subjects: Clients, Employees, Consultants, and Job Applicants.
- Security Measures: We implement encrypted cloud storage, multi-factor authentication, and physical access controls to protect information.
Access Request Procedure
To request access to a record held by Letlou, the requester must:
- Complete Form 2 (available from the Information Regulator).
- Address the form to the Information Officer at the email address provided in Section 2.
- Provide sufficient detail to identify the record and the requester.
- Pay the prescribed request fee of R200.00 (as prescribed by the PAIA Regulations, 2021 — GN R187 of 22 March 2022).
